The 1/4 inch (6.4 millimeter) shank fits perfectly in our router systems and others that have matching fractional collets. CRL Diamond coolant should be used and directed at the contact point of inward rotation of the glass and diamond router bit. Ideal operating speed is 8,000 RPM. 2-1/4 inches (57.2 millimeter) overall length.Important NotesDiamond Glass Routing is a high speed operation that requires the proper equipment designed for this use only. Always wear the proper safety gear including protective eyewear when routing. Wet working tools should always be used with a ground fault circuit interrupter such as the CRL GF1.
